1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the website www.flume-home.com (hereinafter "the Seller") and any person making a purchase (hereinafter "the Customer").
By validating their order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, the photographs, texts and illustrations have no contractual value and cannot engage the Seller's liability.
All products offered by FLÜME are available subject to the stock availability of our partner suppliers.

4. Price
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders
Any order validated by payment constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, or a clear error in the displayed price.

6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secured via the Shopify Payments, PayPal or any other approved payment provider platforms.
The Seller never has access to the Customer's bank details.

7. Delivery
The products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses.
Average delivery times are 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination.
These times are given as a guide and may vary depending on periods of high demand.
In the event of an exceptional delay, the Customer can contact customer service at contact@flume-home.com for any updates.
If the product is not delivered after 35 days , the Customer can request a full refund .

8. Acceptance and conformity
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt.
In the event of a damaged, incomplete or non-compliant product, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days with supporting photos/videos.
Depending on the situation, FLÜME will offer:
• a free replacement ,
• a refund ,
• or, in some cases, a return for verification .

9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to contact@flume-home.com .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
The product must be returned in its original condition and complete packaging.

10. Refunds
The refund is made after receipt and verification of the returned product or, in the case of a defective product, after validation of the evidence (photos, videos).
The refund will be issued via the original payment method, within 3 to 10 working days after validation.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, upon simple request to contact@flume-home.com .

12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.flume-home.com (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos) are the exclusive property of FLÜME and protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the purchase or use of the products, nor for delivery delays attributable to carriers or suppliers.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
In the absence of an agreement, the competent court will be that of the Seller's registered office.
